Radio G! sincerely apologizes for the outtage that began Saturday, May 31, 2008, and continued on into Sunday, June 1. Fires at our datacenter in Texas Saturday afternoon took out power to that location. Backup generators were not allowed to be used, due to mandates from the fire department battling the blaze.

With an outtage like this, it's helpful to have a backup Web host (which is why you can see RadioG.org now.)

In light of this outtage, we once again recommend that regular listeners perhaps download the streaming link files to their computers, in case a future outage should occur. You may wish to right click on these links and "Save As..." to create a copy for your desktop. These files contain everything you need to tune into Radio G! even if our Web site is offline. In general, our live streams and Web site are hosted at completely different locations for backup and redundancy! So, just because our Web site is offline, does not mean the Radio G! live streams are also down.
